Michael L. Smith received his Juris Doctor degree from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Mr. Smith also practices in the following federal courts: The United States District Court for the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.

Mr. Smith is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar Association, the Prince George's County Bar Association, the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, the District of Columbia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Jason C. Crump received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Morehouse College in Atlanta. Georgia and his Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law.

As a member of Smith Graham & Crump, LLC, Mr. Crump’s area of practice includes Personal Injury, Labor and Employment law and Real Estate Foreclosure Mediations.

As an experience arbitrator and trial attorney, Mr. Crump devotes a substantial amount of his practice to the representation of personal injury victims as well as employees who need representation during security clearance hearings, removal proceedings, reduction in force, sexual harassment, discrimination, reprisal, wrongful termination and wage and hour disputes.

Mr. Crump is a member of the National Bar Association, Prince George’s County Bar Association, National Employment Lawyers Association, American Association of Justice and the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service.

Mr. Crump is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland. He tried cases before the Merit Systems Protection Board and Federal Labor Relations Authority.
